continue[bot] e44ea338dd docs: update /info command description with usage statistics ...

The /info command now displays session usage statistics including:
- Total cost in dollars
- Input/output token counts
- Cache read/write token counts (when applicable)

Updated CLI quick-start documentation to reflect this new capability.
