When Windows host connects to WSL remote, getEnvPathFromUserShell() was returning undefined because it checked only process.platform === "win32". Add remoteName parameter to getEnvPathFromUserShell() and use the isWindowsHostWithWslRemote pattern (consistent with resolveCommandForPlatform) to allow shell PATH detection for WSL remotes.
